Vincent L. Celii, MBA
Chief Portfolio Strategist

Vincent L. Celii serves as The Whiteweld Company's  Chief Portfolio Strategist, managing day-to-day operations. In this capacity, Mr. Celii is responsible for the portfolio management team and its efforts, including portfolio selection, trading, execution, and proprietary money management.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr.Celii was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of ETF Advisory Group, a fee based advisory service which was merged into The Whiteweld Company in 2004. At ETF Advisory Group, Mr. Celii was instrumental in the design of sophisticated, proprietary investment strategies. Prior to that, he worked at Janney Montgomery Scott and Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette where he covered European  institutional accounts and ultra high net worth clients.

Mr. Celii began his Wall Street career with the New York Stock Exchange in the Market Surveillance division. Later he worked with Donaldson Lufkin and Jenretteas as an associate in their Legal and Compliance Department. Mr. Celii earned his Bachelor's degree from New York University and his MBA from Seton Hall University.
